Taking care of your chandeliers

Chandeliers from Crystorama Lighting are designed to last a lifetime – and longer.

No matter your budget, we understand that when you purchase lighting, you are making an investment in your home. Homeowners don’t expect to change out their chandeliers and lighting as often as they change the pillows on their sofa.

It’s our goal to create lighting that will last and to help you maintain it so it’s as beautiful as when it was installed, 10 or even 50 years from now.

Every Crystorama chandelier and light is delivered in packaging designed to protect the contents from breakage or damage.

Some of our chandeliers do require some minor assembly when they arrive at your home. Many of our retail partners offer assembly and installation to their customers, and we encourage you to take advantage of this service and their expertise.

However, if you choose to assemble and install your lighting yourself, we include detailed instructions and diagrams for hanging.

Once you have installed your Crystorama lighting in your home, it is important that you care for it properly.

We recommend using a damp chamois cloth or a feather duster to remove the dust from your chandeliers. Just add your lights to your weekly dusting routine.

To keep the crystals of your chandelier sparkling, we recommend non-abrasive crystal chandelier cleaner. Despite what you may read on the Internet, DO NOT clean crystal in a dishwasher. The finish on the metal clips used to attach the crystals to the frame will be ruined, and your crystals may be damaged.

Our chandeliers and lights do not require maintenance beyond regular, general cleaning. With proper care, your Crystorama chandelier will become tomorrow’s antique.
